This Privacy Policy explains how Dhyaanguru LLC ("Dhyaanguru", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website and services. Dhyaanguru LLC is the controller of your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, and login credentials.
Order information — what you purchased, order history, and digital product entitlements. Payment card details are collected directly by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
Spiritual and practice information — the details you choose to provide so an offering can be prepared for you: birth date, birth time and birth place for Vedic reports; your sankalpa or intention; the name of a person or family you wish a rite to be offered for; meditation logs, mantra selections, and journal entries you enter.
Wellness and personal-context information — free-text answers you submit in application or inquiry forms (for example, why you are seeking guidance now). These fields are optional and open-ended. We do not request medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or clinical history, and you should not submit them.
Support information — messages you send us.
Usage and device information — pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser and device identifiers.

Inner Path Assessment. The answers you select in the free spiritual path assessment stay in your browser and are never sent to us. We record only anonymous, category-level counts (for example, how many people were shown a given pathway) so we can improve the questions. If you choose to email yourself the result, we store only your email address, optional first name and the recommended pathway — never your individual answers. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails, and you may write to us to have your saved result deleted.

2. Please do not send emergency or unnecessary medical information

Our forms are not monitored in real time and must never be used to report an emergency. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency service; in the United States you can call or text 988 for immediate crisis support. Please share only what is needed for the offering you are requesting — do not send medical records, financial account details, legal strategy, passwords, or another person's private information.

3. Why we collect it

To create and manage your account (contract performance).
To prepare and deliver the spiritual, meditation, mantra, report, and ritual offerings you request — birth details, for example, are used solely to compute and interpret your chart (contract performance).
To provide customer support (legitimate interests).
To secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
To improve our products and content (legitimate interests).
To send service messages and, where you have consented, occasional spiritual or marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time (consent, legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the personal details you submit for an offering to target advertising.

4. Service providers who receive information

We share personal information only with providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed:

Website hosting and application platform — Lovable and its hosting infrastructure.
Database, authentication, and file storage — Supabase.
Payment processing — Shopify, Stripe, Inc., and PayPal, depending on the checkout you use. They receive the information needed to take payment, calculate tax where applicable, invoice, and handle refunds.
Email delivery — Resend, for order confirmations, deliveries, and messages you have subscribed to.
Analytics — privacy-conscious website analytics used to understand aggregate traffic and usage.
Form and application handling — our own forms, stored in our Supabase database.
Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit advisers where necessary.
Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

Sensitive information you submit in a form is never placed in analytics events, page URLs, advertising pixels, or page metadata.

5. A note on health privacy laws

DhyaanGuru provides spiritual education and general wellness experiences, not medical care, and does not operate as a HIPAA-covered health care provider in respect of these offerings. We therefore do not claim HIPAA compliance. We do protect the information you share with care, as described in this policy.

6. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Account and order records — for as long as your account is active, and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping (generally seven years).
Reports, birth details, and offering inputs — retained while your account is active so you can access what you purchased, and deleted on request.
Application and inquiry submissions — retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted.
Email subscription records — until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again.
Usage and analytics data — retained in aggregate or pseudonymised form.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your information, a copy of your data in portable form, restriction of or objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Depending on where you live you may also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email dhyaanguruji@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security, and regular reviews — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
